Cynthia T. Kuhn, Esq.

Ms. Kuhn has extensive experience representing individuals, corporate clients and governmental agencies in complex litigation matters. Ms. Kuhn also serves as arbitrator and mediator to preside over third party alternative dispute resolution proceedings

Ms. Kuhn practices in both State and Federal courts throughout Arizona. In her civil litigation practice, Ms. Kuhn represents plaintiffs, defendants and insurers in all types of disputes from pre-litigation, through all phases of discovery, alternative dispute resolution and trial.
